The Policy describes how MUTTABLESPRING LDA (MARMAX) (jointly “We”, “Us” or “Our”) processes, as data controller, personal data of its customers and prospects (“You”, “Your” or “Yours”).

4 - Retention of your personal data

  • If you have not made a purchase but are interested in MARMAX news, your data is kept for 3 (three) years starting from your last action. After that, it is archived or deleted according to legal criteria,
  • If you have purchased one of our products or services, your data is kept for the duration of our commercial relationship and up to 10 (ten) years after the end of it. After that, it is deleted or archived to the extent permitted by law,
  • Regarding Our cookies, they are kept for up to 13 (thirteen) months on your device from the moment they were installed.

  • Your data is accessible to Our employees who need to have access to Your data and who are authorized to process it for the purposes set out above,

  • Your right to withdraw your consent: you can exercise this right at any time (for example, if you have subscribed to marketing communications). However, this does not prevent us from legitimately using your data for operations carried out before your withdrawal of consent.
